All subscription fees are non-refundable except as explicitly outlined in our Refund Policy.

You acknowledge that certain information provided by Stealed.io constitutes confidential information. You agree to protect such information from unauthorized disclosure and misuse, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
Third-Party Services and Integrations
The Platform may integrate with third-party services. Stealed.io assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, practices, or reliability of third-party integrations. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and such third parties.
Warranty Disclaimer
The Platform and its content are provided "as-is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Stealed.io explicitly disclaims warranties concerning merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free access.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stealed.io, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the Platform.
Our aggregate liability for claims arising out of these Terms will not exceed the fees paid by you during the preceding twelve-month period.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Stealed.io, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, costs, or expenses, including attorney fees, arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.
Modifications to Terms
Stealed.io reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to update, modify, or replace these Terms. We will provide notice of substantial changes via email or prominently displayed notifications. Continued use of the Platform following changes constitutes your acceptance of such modifications.
Termination
Stealed.io reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your rights to use the Platform cease immediately.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and interpreted according to French law, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be submitted exclusively to the competent courts located in Paris, France.
Miscellaneous
Failure by Stealed.io to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute waiver.
If any term is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
These Terms represent the complete agreement between you and Stealed.io regarding the Platform.
